Welcome to Cash Cow Media’s Game Show Competitions! 

Cash Cow Media is thrilled to bring kids aged 8-13 the ultimate in-person game show experience, featuring exciting stations and obstacles where participants can run, play, think, get wet, and compete for cash prizes! These events will be filmed for our YouTube channel and other platforms to showcase the fun and talent of our young stars. Below are the policies and contract obligations for participation, which all parents or legal guardians must review and agree to before their child can join.

1. Eligibility and Parental Consent

• Age Requirement: All participants must be  8-13 years old at the time of the event.

• Parental Consent: A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the registration form, providing verifiable consent as required by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). This includes consent for participation, data collection, and media usage.

• Verification: Cash Cow Media may request additional verification (e.g., email confirmation or signed documentation) to confirm parental consent.

2. Event Details and Participation

• Game Show Format: Competitions involve active, engaging stations and obstacles, including running, playing, problem-solving, and water-based activities. Participants should be prepared for physical activity and getting wet.

• Safety: Cash Cow Media prioritizes participant safety. All activities are designed with age-appropriate challenges and supervised by trained staff. Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs on the registration form to ensure a safe experience.

• Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to follow event rules, respect staff and other competitors, and maintain good sportsmanship. Cash Cow Media reserves the right to disqualify participants for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

3. Filming and Media Usage

• Content Creation: All events will be filmed for potential use in Cash Cow Media’s YouTube videos, social media posts (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, , Instagram), promotional materials, and other content.

• Media Release Consent: By participating, parents grant Cash Cow Media and its affiliates perpetual, royalty-free permission to use their child’s likeness, voice, first name, and performance in any event-related content, without compensation.

• No Guarantee of Posting: While we aim to showcase as many participants as possible, there is no guarantee that a child’s footage will be included in final content. Content selection is at Cash Cow Media’s sole discretion.

4. Social Media Engagement

• Reposting Requirement: Parents agree to repost or share Cash Cow Media’s event videos and/or promotional content featuring their child on their personal YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram accounts, if provided by Cash Cow Media. Instructions for reposting will be shared via email or event communications.

• Account Requirements: Parents must have active, public accounts on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram to fulfill this obligation. Private accounts may limit visibility, so we recommend setting posts to public for event-related content.

• Purpose: Reposting helps promote the event, your child’s participation, and the Cash Cow Media brand, creating a fun, community-driven experience.

5. Social Media Subscription Requirement

• To be eligible for participation and cash prizes, participants must:

• Be subscribed to CashCowMediaa on YouTube 

• Follow Cash Cow Media on Facebook 

• Follow Cash.Cow.Media on TikTok 

• Follow CashCowMediaa on Instagram

• Cash Cow Media may verify subscription status before or during the event.

6. Cash Prizes and Winner Obligations

• Prize Structure: Winners of challenges or overall competitions will receive cash prizes, awarded at Cash Cow Media’s discretion. Prize amounts and distribution details will be communicated to winners’ parents.

• Winner Video Requirement: All cash prize winners must create and share a video (1 minute maximum) that includes:

• The amount won (e.g., “I won $100!”).

• The best part of the challenge (e.g., “Solving the puzzle was awesome!”).

• A shout-out to Cash Cow Media (e.g., “Thanks, Cash Cow Media, for the fun!”).

• The video must be posted on the parent’s or child’s YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram accounts, tagging Cash Cow Media’s official pages (@CashCowMediaa or provided handles).

• Parents must ensure the video complies with platform guidelines and is submitted within 7 days of prize notification. Failure to comply may result in prize forfeiture.

• Tax Implications: Parents acknowledge that cash prizes may be subject to tax reporting (e.g., IRS Form 1099 in the U.S.). Winners’ parents must provide necessary tax information.

• No Guarantee of Winning: Participation does not guarantee a prize, as awards depend on performance and event outcomes.

7. Parental Responsibilities

• Supervision and Logistics: Parents are responsible for arranging transportation to and from the event and ensuring their child arrives on time. Depending on event rules, parents may need to remain on-site or designate a guardian.

• Video Review for Online Submissions: For any online talent showcase submissions tied to the event, parents must review and approve videos before uploading, ensuring compliance with guidelines (e.g., no inappropriate content or copyrighted material).

• Health and Safety Disclosures: Parents must provide accurate information about their child’s medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs on the registration form to ensure a safe environment.

8. COPPA Compliance and Data Privacy

• Data Collection: Cash Cow Media collects personal information (e.g., child’s name, age, parent’s contact details) to facilitate event participation, communication, and content creation. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and COPPA regulations.

• Parental Consent for Data: Parents must consent to the collection, storage, and use of their child’s personal information for event purposes, including filming and promotion.

• Data Security: We use reasonable measures to protect personal information, but parents acknowledge that no system is completely secure.

9. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

• Assumption of Risk: Parents acknowledge that participation involves physical activities with inherent risks (e.g., minor injuries, getting wet). Cash Cow Media is not liable for injuries or damages, except as required by law, provided reasonable safety measures are in place.

• Third-Party Claims: Parents are responsible for any claims arising from their child’s actions or submitted content (e.g., copyright violations in videos).

• Event Changes: Cash Cow Media reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns). Refunds or rescheduling will be handled per event-specific terms.

10. Intellectual Property

• Content Ownership: All event footage, photos, and related content created by Cash Cow Media remain the property of Cash Cow Media. Parents and participants may not use event content for commercial purposes without written permission.

• Submitted Content: For any videos submitted online, parents confirm they have the right to submit the content and grant Cash Cow Media permission to use it.

11. Termination of Participation

• Cash Cow Media may disqualify or remove participants for:

• Failure to comply with event rules, policies, or parental obligations (e.g., not reposting content).

• Providing false information on the registration form.

• Behavior that endangers participants, staff, or the event’s integrity.
